Publications

CPA publishes The Parliamentarian, a quarterly journal of Commonwealth parliamentary democracy.  News of developments in other Parliaments is provided to all Members not by a media preoccupied by conflict and crisis but by the Members and officials directly involved in evolving and implementing solutions to common problems.

Shorter reports on parliamentary developments and CPA contributions to them are published for all Members in First Reading, a newsletter that regularly brings the Commonwealth parliamentary community to its Members.

The results of CPA conferences, seminars, study groups and workshops are published in books and reports which ensure that the benefits of these valuable deliberations extend beyond their participants to reach all Members and related organizations working in the parliamentary field.  Together these publications constitute an impressive library of governance reference works produced not by those with an academic interest but by those who are actually working in the field.
